Recent charges have been brought against Eisenberg, implicating him in possession of child pornography in addition to previously established charges of fraud and market manipulation. The allegations stem from a search conducted by the FBI in January of 2023, where sexually graphic images of children were discovered on Eisenberg’s devices.
In response to these allegations, the government obtained a second warrant in February 2023 to further investigate the possession and receipt of child pornography. This expanded scope allowed authorities to gather more evidence in the case.
It is important to note that the allegations against Eisenberg have not been proven in court. While investigative journalist Christopher Brunet claims to have screenshots of Eisenberg discussing children in “disgusting ways,” these assertions remain unverified.
