Zeekr, a Chinese Electric Vehicle Company, Claims Their Battery Charges Faster Than Tesla’s.

Welcome to Extreme Investor Network, where we bring you the latest updates and insights into the world of finance. Today, we are thrilled to announce the initial public offering of Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited on the New York Stock Exchange.

Zeekr, a Chinese electric car brand, recently unveiled new batteries that it claims have the fastest charge in the world. In just 10.5 minutes, Zeekr’s new batteries can go from a 10% to an 80% charge, addressing consumers’ concerns about battery driving range and ease of charging. Notably, these batteries can achieve the same charge performance even in extremely cold weather conditions.

This groundbreaking technology puts Zeekr ahead of competitors like Tesla, whose superchargers allow vehicles to charge up to 200 miles in 15 minutes. Additionally, Nio, another Chinese automaker, offers a unique three-minute battery swap service for designated car models at specific swap stations.

Zeekr’s upcoming 2025 007 sedan will be the first model to feature these new batteries and is set to begin deliveries next week. The company has already opened over 500 ultra-fast charging stations in China, with plans to double that number by the end of this year and operate more than 10,000 such stations by 2026.

In other news, Geely-owned electric car company delivered a record number of vehicles in June, leading the pack among U.S.-listed Chinese companies focusing solely on pure electric cars. While deliveries dipped slightly in July, the company’s strong performance showcases the growing demand for electric vehicles in the market.
