Top-performing stocks in after-hours trading: CRWD, HPE, VRNT

CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company, saw a 7% jump after offering better-than-expected quarterly results and guidance. With adjusted earnings of 93 cents per share and $921 million in revenue for the first quarter, CrowdStrike exceeded forecasts from analysts polled by LSEG.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a technology stock, rallied about 11% after reporting stronger-than-predicted financial results for the fiscal second quarter. With adjusted earnings of 42 cents per share on revenue of $7.2 billion, Hewlett Packard Enterprise outperformed the expectations of analysts surveyed by LSEG.

Verint Systems, a customer interface platform, also saw a 6.4% increase in shares following an expectation-beating quarterly release and a guidance raise for the full year. With 59 cents in adjusted earnings per share and $221.3 million in revenue for the first quarter, Verint Systems surpassed analyst forecasts from LSEG.

Guidewire Software, a manufacturer of software for insurance companies, experienced an 8% jump in after-hours trading. The company raised its fiscal-year guidance for revenue to a range of $968 million to $976 million, exceeding analyst expectations. In its fiscal third quarter, Guidewire Software also beat expectations on the top and bottom lines.
