Katie Stockton’s Sneaky Strategy for Investing in Wheat and Soft Commodities Make a Comeback

Unlocking Opportunities: Investing in Agricultural Commodities and Equities

At Extreme Investor Network, we are always on the lookout for emerging investment opportunities that have the potential to deliver strong returns. One such area that has caught our attention recently is agricultural commodities. These commodities have seen a positive shift in intermediate-term momentum as they climb from long-term lows, making them an attractive option for investors looking to diversify their portfolios.

In a recent analysis, we highlighted agricultural commodity ETFs such as the Teucrium Corn Fund (CORN) and the Invesco DB Agriculture Fund (DBA) as oversold opportunities. These ETFs have shown signs of healthy consolidation after a period of volatility in the equity market, indicating a potential for further upside.

One specific agricultural commodity that has caught our eye is wheat, expressed through the Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT). WEAT recently broke above its 10-week moving average, signaling a bullish momentum shift. The weekly MACD and stochastics have also turned upwards, suggesting a continued uptrend. Additionally, the long-term support near $4.90 has held, providing a strong foundation for further gains. The key resistance for WEAT is currently near $6.20, and a break above this level could signal a reversal of its long-term downtrend.

For investors looking for exposure to agriculture through equities, Corteva (CTVA) presents an attractive opportunity. CTVA, a crop chemical company, has formed a higher low above the weekly cloud, indicating a bullish turnaround phase. The weekly MACD is positive, and the upward trend of the moving averages suggests a shift towards long-term positive momentum. With Fibonacci resistance near $59 potentially within reach, CTVA could see a measured move price objective of $65 in the intermediate term.

At Extreme Investor Network, we believe that agricultural commodities and equities with exposure to agriculture offer compelling investment opportunities in the current market environment. By leveraging technical analysis and monitoring key resistance levels, investors can capitalize on these emerging trends and potentially achieve strong returns.
