The team at SingularityNET has been hard at work, making significant advancements across various core components to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Developer Portal v2 Enhancements
One of the notable improvements is the revamped Developer Portal, which now features a new HTML generator for improved compatibility. The reorganization of documentation into a new structure makes navigation and linking more seamless. Visual styles have been updated based on design projects, and various visual issues have been addressed to ensure smooth functionality. Additionally, two new layout types have been introduced to enhance user experience.
Publisher Portal Enhancements
In the Publisher Portal, support for Daemon interaction, including installation and configuration setup, has been added. Users can now benefit from a Daemon-focused FAQ section to assist them in utilizing the platform effectively.
Marketplace Updates
SingularityNET is currently working on package updates for the Marketplace to enhance overall functionality and user experience, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
Python SDK (v3.4.1) Release
The latest version of the Python SDK (v3.4.1) has been released, featuring minor fixes and expanded functionality. The team is also working on providing a comprehensive technical concept description for the SDK to further support developers.
Daemon Development Focus
Efforts for the Daemon are concentrated on enabling dynamic updates for SSL certificates and etcd endpoints from IPFS to bolster security and reliability, ensuring a secure environment for users.
UI Sandbox Enhancements
The UI Sandbox has undergone several enhancements, including improved service display with visual elements like icons and outlines. Service state switches have been redesigned to streamline development and debugging workflows. Efforts are also underway to bypass Metamask for service initialization, simplifying development calls by eliminating the need for blockchain functionality.
