One of these top picks is GitLab, which boasts an impressive trailing 12-month incremental FCF margin of 93% and projected growth of 25% in the next year. Despite a 16% decline in stock price this year, Canaccord remains bullish on GitLab’s future prospects, citing the company’s strong revenue growth potential and anticipated operating leverage as key drivers for growth.

Another standout from Canaccord’s screen is Monday.com, with a trailing incremental FCF margin of 91% and expected revenue growth of 28%. The company is praised for its high non-GAAP gross margins, sustainable growth trajectory, and healthy FCF leverage. While the stock may not be considered cheap by traditional metrics, Canaccord believes that Monday.com’s upmarket momentum and new pricing strategies will fuel continued growth.
