**Asia:**
The major Asian stock markets all saw gains today. The NIKKEI 225, Shanghai, Hang Seng, ASX 200, Kospi, SENSEX, and Nifty50 all closed higher. In the currency markets, there was a mixed day, with some currencies strengthening and others weakening against the US dollar.

**Precious Metals:**
Gold prices increased, while silver prices experienced a slight decrease.

**Europe/EMEA:**
In Europe, the major stock markets also closed in the green, with the CAC 40, FTSE 100, and DAX 30 all seeing gains. The currency markets in Europe had a mixed day as well.

The US markets closed with the Dow and S&P 500 posting gains, while the Nasdaq and Russell 2000 saw slight declines. In Canada, the TSX Composite and TSX 60 closed lower, while the Brazilian Bovespa also declined.

**Energy:**
The oil markets had a negative day, with both crude oil and Brent prices decreasing. Natural gas, gasoline, and heating oil prices also saw declines.

**Top Commodity Gainers and Losers:**
Potatoes, cocoa, rice, and wheat were among the top commodity gainers, while cotton, gasoline, cheese, and natural gas were the top commodity losers.

**Bonds:**
Bond yields fluctuated, with Japan, the US, Bunds, France, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Spain, and UK Gilts all experiencing changes in yields.
